A reminder to anyone reading this that it’s okay to ask for help when things feel too heavy. You don’t have to pretend to be okay all the time or figure everything out by yourself.

Talk to someone you trust, let people know when you’re struggling, and be gentle with yourself and with the people around you. Sometimes, simply asking “Kumusta ka?” can mean more than we realize.

Whatever you’re going through, you deserve to be heard, supported, and cared for. Please keep reaching out, even on the days when it feels difficult. 🌻

You matter. You are not alone. Asking for help is a sign of strength. 🫂💛
