INCENTIVES ARE GIVEN TO ADVANCE ROTC CADETS SUCH AS;
β’ PA Advance ROTC Cash Incentives from Php 8,000 to Php15,000 per semester to qualified Advance ROTC cadets
β’ SA Allowance 2150 to qualified Advance Rotc cadets
β’ Subsistence Allowance of Php90 per training day
β’ The Army Reserve Command shall provide initial clothing and individual equipment such as Philarpat with combat shoes, ball cap, socks, buckle belt, and etc.
β’ Access to AFP Commissary and Exchange Stores
β’ Free hospitalization when injury / sickness is incurred during training days.
