The safety and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and school community remain among the highest priorities of Asian Christian Technological School and Colleges (ACTS Colleges).
To further strengthen campus security, the following measures shall be implemented:

1. NO ID, NO ENTRY. All students, faculty, and staff are required to wear and present their valid school ID upon entering the campus. Individuals without a valid ID may be denied entry or required to undergo proper verification.

2. One Designated Entrance and Exit. All students, faculty, staff, parents, visitors, and authorized individuals shall use the designated entrance and exit to ensure proper monitoring of everyone entering and leaving the campus.

3. Enhanced Security Monitoring. Security personnel shall closely monitor entry and exit points, visitors, and school activities. CCTV and other appropriate security measures shall also be utilized.

4. Coordination with Barangay and PNP. The School shall coordinate with the Barangay and the Philippine National Police (PNP) whenever necessary, particularly during student arrival and dismissal, to assist in maintaining safety and orderly movement.

5. Proper Student Release. Students shall be properly monitored during dismissal and shall only be released in accordance with the School's established safety procedures.

6. Visitor Identification. Parents, guardians, visitors, drivers, and other individuals entering the campus shall be properly identified and monitored. Only authorized individuals shall be allowed to enter designated school areas.

We ask everyone to cooperate with these measures and immediately report any suspicious activity or safety concern to the appropriate school personnel.
Safety is a shored responsibility.
