Breakfast made simple. Protein made delicious. 🤎💪🏻

Isa talaga sa challenge ko kapag may papayat goals is staying consistent, lalo na sa breakfast. 😅

Kaya lately mas gusto ko yung simple lang at madaling gawin kahit busy ang morning.

Today’s mix:
🍫 Dutch Chocolate Shake
🥄 Personalized Protein Powder (PPP)
= 14g of protein

Walang complicated recipe. Mix, shake, breakfast na. 🌱

Na-realize ko rin na hindi naman kailangan perfect lahat agad. Mas importante pala yung small changes na kaya mong gawin consistently.
