Dear Sakya Community,

Please be informed that ongoing renovation works are being undertaken on the ground floors of Buildings 1 and 3. In consideration of these activities, the school will be implementing a flexible work arrangement for employees on Friday, September 18, 2026.

Our teaching personnel who have completed their grade checking and report card preparation may work from home and continue with their other assigned responsibilities remotely.

For our non-teaching personnel, employees who need to be physically present in school to accomplish a specific task are expected to report onsite. Once the physical task has been completed, they may leave the school and continue the remaining work remotely, whenever the nature of their duties allows.

This arrangement is intended to minimize the disruption caused by the ongoing renovations while ensuring that school operations and essential responsibilities continue smoothly.

We ask for the understanding and cooperation of our students, parents, guardians, and the entire Sakya Community as we work through these improvements.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our school facilities and learning environment for our learners. 🙏

From every pass and attack to every defensive stand and hard-fought play, our Lady Red Dragons showed courage, composure, and determination on the futsal court.

Congratulations to our Secondary 14U Men’s Basketball Team for earning 1st Runner-Up honors at the DAPRISA Games 2026 held on August 17-23, 2026!

For these young Dragons, the journey was more than the games themselves. It was about learning to trust one another, staying composed under pressure, fighting for every possession, and discovering what can be achieved when a team plays with discipline, unity, and heart.

This silver medal is a testament to their hard work and perseverance, and a proud reminder that the future of Sakya basketball is in good hands.

Kudos also to our committed, passionate, and hardworking coaching staff for guiding these young athletes throughout the competition: Head Coach Rolando Sancho and Assistant Coaches Laurence Villagonzalo and Bambie Santander.
