𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊| AEMS officers participate in Student Leadership Development Training-Workshop

The selected officers of the Association of English Major Students actively participated in the Student Leadership Development Training-Workshop held at VSUV Student Center.
The training provided an opportunity for our officers to strengthen their leadership skills, enhance teamwork and communication, and gain valuable insights into becoming responsible and effective student leaders.

May the lessons and experiences gained inspire them to lead with purpose, serve with dedication, and make a positive impact in the AEMS community.

𝐈𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬| AEMS Election of Officers for AY 2026–2027

As the new academic year begins, the Association of English Major Students (AEMS) successfully conducted its election of officers on August 13, 2026. The activity brought together members to participate in choosing the new set of officers who will lead the organization for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The election concluded with the official proclamation of the newly elected officers, marking the beginning of another year of leadership, service, and collaboration.

Students who do not have an EAR are advised to secure an OR from the Cashier within this week and submit it to the Registrar’s Office.

Good day, VVs!

Please be informed that our 𝗢𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 will be held on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. This activity is in accordance with the recommendation of the Student Affairs Services (SAS) Office.

Please note that students who fail to have their clearance signed on the scheduled date will be responsible for processing their own clearance afterward.

📌 Clearance Signing Process:

✅ Claim your 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 at the USSC table

✅ Have your Internal Clearance signed by the following:

- Accredited Student Organization (the organization you belong to)
- Faculty Supreme Student Council (FSSC) (your respective faculty)
- Student Election Board (SEB)
- University Supreme Student Council (USSC)

❗Important: The USSC will not sign your clearance unless it has already been signed by all the offices and organizations listed above.

✅ The USSC will submit the master list of cleared students to the SAS Office.

✅ The SAS Office will verify the submitted list.

✅ Claim your 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘.

✅ Complete the remaining required signatories by having your official clearance signed by the designated offices.

✅ Proceed with Enrollment.

Reminder: You will not be allowed to enroll unless your clearance has been completed and properly signed.
