It began with a willingness and hope to help. Four of our board of directors, Karina Nisol-Garcia, Candy Rose Santillan-Nisol, Iril Ian Rollo and Ma. Joya Genzola spearheaded the campaign to help our frontlinersโ our modern day heroes in this battle with an unseen enemy. We cannot let our soldiers go to battle unarmed, thus this PPE Fundraising Drive entitled, โ๐-๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐๐ญ, ๐-๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐, ๐-๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐
๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌโ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฌโ was launched. Never have we thought that we could reach such a huge amount in a short span of time. Stocks were scarce and delivery was very slow due to the enhanced community quarantine, nevertheless, the stocks arrived in good condition and were delivered to all our beneficiaries. We are very grateful to our alumni who have been very cooperative and driven to support this cause. We were able to purchase 90 PPE suits, 220 KN95 masks, 1,600 surgical masks plus the shipping fees and other operational expenses. A big thank you and applause to all of you, Batches 2001 up to 2011 and other private individuals, for helping us raise a total of P105, 090.00! Together, we will heal. Hand in hand, we will win this war!
