Our casita’s doors have finally closed for the day—marking the meaningful and heartwarming conclusion of our seminar, “Career Orientation as a Leadership Initiative: Guiding Graduating Nursing Students Towards Professional Identity Formation.” 🕯️💜🏵️

With the inspiring insights shared by our wonderful speakers, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐢𝐳𝐚 𝐂. 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥, 𝐑𝐍, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, and 𝐆𝐨𝐯. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐘𝐚𝐩, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, 𝐑𝐍, the event sparked reflection, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose among our graduating nursing students. Like discovering one’s gift in Encanto, each session encouraged everyone to see the strength and potential they already carry within.

Held at the RISE Tower Lecture Hall last December 6, 2025, this magical milestone was brought to life through the dedication of hardworking team leaders and members who kept the casita glowing from start to finish.

A huge thank you as well to our adviser, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧, whose steady guidance helped ensure the event unfolded with purpose and heart.

No magic candle needed - 𝑴𝒔. 𝑨𝒊𝒛𝒂 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 brings her own gift through compassion, competence, and years of outstanding service in healthcare!

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Adamson University in 2010. And for more than fifteen years, she has devoted herself to serving others — building a remarkable career that blends clinical expertise, leadership, and genuine compassion. She serves as a Nurse II at one of the country’s esteemed tertiary government hospitals, the East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC).

For seven consecutive years, she has been recognized as Best Senior Nurse, a reflection of her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her journey proves that true gifts aren’t always found in miracles, but in the everyday dedication of those who choose to care, uplift, and serve.

Like the Madrigal family, her gift shines through in the way she strengthens others, builds systems, and touches lives with sincerity and heart.

Her influence reaches far beyond the hospital walls. As a Quality Internal Auditor at EAMC and a Clinical Preceptor at Our Lady of Fatima University – Valenzuela (OLFU-Val), she guides the next generation of nurses with wisdom and integrity. Now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialization in Leadership and Governance, she continues to grow, lead, and inspire with purpose.

Her story carries Mirabel’s courage, Isabela’s excellence, Luisa’s strength, and Julieta’s healing heart — a true constellation of gifts shaped by dedication, passion, and purpose.
