VALENZUELA CELEBRATES 81st NATIONAL SCOUTING MONTH

To kick off this year’s celebration of 81st National Scouting Month in the city, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Valenzuela City Council, City Government of Valenzuela and Department of Education – Schools Division of Valenzuela, hold a Sunrise Parade in Polo National High School, November 7, 2017. With the theme, “Growth and Stability”, the event aims to showcase the contribution of BSP to nation-building over the past eighty-one years, through the development of young people to become agents of change in their communities. City Mayor REX Gatchalian is the council chairman of the BSP – Valenzuela.
