Sa ating mga Magulang:

Kaunting kaalaman patungkol sa pagbubukas ng klase sa August 24, 2020 for SY 2020-2021.

Ang School Year 2020-2021 ay magbubukas sa August 24, 2020 pero HINDI ibig sabihin na FACE TO FACE Learning may four Alternative Delivery Modes ang DepEd para isagawa ito...

Kung ano ang gagamitin ay depende na po sa paaralan na bibigyang permiso ng Regional at Division Office kaya po tayo mag-eenroll starting June 1 para ipagbigay alam natin sa paaaralan ang delivery mode na iyong kakayanin para sa inyong anak.

1. FACE TO FACE - ito ang traditional classroom scenario... na sa palagay ko marami ang may ayaw sapagkat nandiyan ang panganib na ma-infect... malinaw po na ito ay gagamitin lamang sa mga lugar na walang banta ng Covid na papahintulatan ng IATF... Babawasan din po ang bilang ng mga mag-aaral at dapat i-observe ang minimum health standards.

2. Distance Learning
a. Online Distance Learning - ito ay pag-aaral gamit ang internet, laptop at smart phones. Maaaring (real time.. ibig sabihin... kailangan mong mag-online sa oras ng iyong klase) o asynchronous (mag-oonline ka lamang pag may kakayahan ka na ayon sa time frame na binigay ng iyong g**o).

b. Modular - ito ay paggamit ng mga learning modules na ibibigay ng paaralan na maaaring printed o electronic.

c. Paggamit ng TV and Radio Broadcast
- ang distance learning mode na ito ay nangangailangan ng suporta ng magulang. Kung ang tanong ay paano ako magtuturo sa anak ko ay wala naman akong kakayahan... habang hinihintay po ang August 24 ay bibigyan po ng pagkakataon ang mga magulang o sinumang volunteer na i-capacitate ang sarili para dito... ito ay sa pamamagitan ng trainings na ibibigay ng paaralan.

3. Blended Learning - pinagsamang Learning Modalities 1 and 2.

4. Home-based Schooling - mula sa salitang home, ang bata ay nasa bahay lamang nag-aaral kasama ang magulang bilang g**o.

*Kung ang tanong ay paano naman po bibigyan ng marka ang mga bata - ang sagot, maglalabas ang DepEd ng panibagong Assessment Tool.

Saan naman kukuhanin ang grades ng mga bata? Paano isasagawa ang assessment?
*Sa distance learning ay Formative Test lang ibibigay (hindi po graded ang formative) pero ang bata ay magte-test sa oras na pwede na at may pagkakataon na... kaya po habang nasa bahay, dapat ay ma-master ng bata ang skills na dapat niyang matutunan para sa pag-eexam niya kaya na niyang magsagot.

Anong skills ang ituturo sa bata?
- babawasan po ng DepEd ang Learning Competencies - magpo-focus po tayo sa Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC).

Saan po kukuha ng mga learning modules? Babayaran po ba?
- Ito po ay provided ng paaralan.

Kung ipagpapaliban po natin ngayong taon ang pasukan dahil walang bakuna... sigurado po ba tayo na by next year may bakuna na? Paano po kung aabutin pa ng 2 o 3 o higit pang taon bago magkaroon ng bakuna.. ibig sabihin po ba ay 3 o higit pang taon hihinto ang ating mga anak sa pag-aaral?

Tayo po ay binibigyan ng DepEd ng mga paraan upang hindi mahinto ang pagkakatuto ng ating mga anak... kooperasyon at suporta lamang po ang kailangan.

Pero at the end of the day.... ang desisyon po kung i-eenroll ninyo ang inyong mga anak this school year ay nasa inyong mga kamay.
