As September begins, we take this moment to recognize 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵—a time dedicated to raising awareness, breaking the stigma around mental health, and offering hope to those who are struggling.

If you’re facing difficult days, or fighting silent battle within yourself, please remember this: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. The world is better with you in it. And even in the darkest moments, we hope you find light and beauty—enough to give you a reason to keep going.

Napapansin namin ang pagkalat ng mga trend videos sa TikTok na may kaugnayan sa pagsabit o pagbitin sa hagdanan. Bagama’t maaaring mukhang masaya o “cool” ito sa camera, may mataas na posibilidad na ito’y magdulot ng aksidente o matinding pinsala.

Dahil aanhin mo ang likes, views, o viral fame kung kapalit naman ay buhay?

Kaya’t paalala namin: hindi lahat ng uso ay dapat sabayan.
Unahin ang kaligtasan kaysa kasikatan.
