Valenzuela Inclusive Learning Resource Center

Valenzuela Special Education and Allied Medical Center (VALSPED), a locally funded institution, was founded in January 22, 2016.

The center which is located in Malinta, Valenzuela city offers special education programs and allied medical services. This facility for children with special needs is part of the city government’s Education 360° Investment Program, a holistic and systematic approach in improving the quality of basic education for the Valenzuela Youth.
