Do you still have a balance on school fees from the First Semester (SY 2020-2021)?
YOU CAN STILL ENROLL FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER! Read on...
Scenario 1: "I have a balance that is Php 10,000 or below. How do I enroll for the Second Semester?"
Step 1- For now, you do not need to pay for your existing balance. This will be automatically forwarded to your account in the Second Sem.
Step 2- Pay the Php 4,500 down payment for the Second Sem.
Step 3- Submit a Promissory Note (PN) for the unpaid balance.
Step 4- Wait for payment to reflect in your AIMS Student Ledger (takes 2 to 3 business days for Dragonpay). After it appears on your student ledger, you can now proceed to enrollment. Congratulations!

Scenario 2: "I have a balance that is higher than Php 10,000. How do I enroll for the Second Semester?"
There are two options for Scenario 2---
Option 1- Make an appropriate payment to lower the balance to Php 10,000. Then, follow the steps in Scenario 1 above.
Option 2- Submit a Promissory Note (links found above); wait for feedback from your Campus Student Financial Services (SFS), and follow further guidance/instructions from them. You may also proceed to OLFU Concierge for advice on financial matters. There, a representative from SFS will you help you online.
Scenario 3: "I have no balance remaining from the First Semester. How do I enroll for the Second Semester?"
Step 1- To enroll, just pay the Php 1,500 down payment for the Second Sem. (Corresponding installment fee for Second Sem sch will apply.)
Step 2- Wait for payment to reflect in your AIMS Student Ledger (takes 2 to 3 business days for Dragonpay). After it appears on your student ledger, you can now proceed to enrollment. Congratulations!
