Division Monitoring and Inventory Team (Team 2) Conducts Monitoring and Validation at Buntong Poblacion Elementary School | Aug. 5, 2026
Buntong Poblacion Elementary School (School ID: 133260) warmly welcomed the Division Monitoring and Inventory Team (Team 2), led by OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Sainodin T. Abantas, JD, together with EPS Cairon A. Abantas, PhD, Norainah Basher, Dr. Sarife Abbas, Dr. Norma Abbas, Norhaya Guimbor, Johaira O. Macacuna, and Ma'am Shalma Manding. The team was accompanied by Coordinating Principal Ma. Maisara U. Benito and Ma'am Shaliha M. Macatoon during the conduct of the monitoring and validation activity.
The monitoring focused on validating the actual learner headcount, enrollment records, and the Physical Plant and Equipment (PPE) inventory to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of school data. The activity forms part of the Schools Division's continuing efforts to strengthen accountability, improve data management, and ensure that school records serve as a reliable basis for planning, resource allocation, and the delivery of quality education.
During the activity, the monitoring team carefully examined school records, validated the inventory, and provided technical guidance and recommendations to further enhance school operations and record management. The collaborative engagement between the Division Monitoring Team and the school personnel reflected a shared commitment to maintaining accurate, transparent, and updated school information.
The Buntong Poblacion Elementary School community expressed its heartfelt gratitude to the entire Division Monitoring and Inventory Team (Team 2) for their invaluable guidance, dedication, and commitment throughout the activity.
