The Philippine Missionary Institute officially begins its first session of Communications and Writing Skills, under the guidance of Deaconess Elvira Hernandez. 📝💬

This session is more than learning how to write—it is about developing the ability to communicate truth clearly, thoughtfully, and effectively, especially in the context of Christian ministry and leadership.

As future servant-leaders, may every word we speak and write become a means to inform, inspire, encourage, and communicate God’s truth with clarity and integrity.

We give glory to God for successfully completing another course in our Online Ministry Program.

Ministry is not only about preaching and teaching. It begins with managing ourselves well, because effective church management flows from effective self-management. From there, we learn to understand the church's culture and needs, plan intentionally, lead people wisely, steward resources faithfully, and build healthy systems that support the church's mission. Ultimately, effective ministry requires both a servant's heart and the wisdom to lead with excellence.

As we conclude our last course for this semester, we thank Ptr. Julius Rodil for facilitating this class and for sharing valuable insights drawn not only from his 15 years of ministry and leadership experience but also from his ongoing commitment to learning, professional development, and continuing education.

This course brings us one step closer to completing our Ministerial Certificate Program. May the lessons we have learned equip us to serve God's church with greater wisdom, excellence, integrity, and effectiveness.
