: Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) Dumaguete recorded an 86.67 percent passing rate in the recent April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination (REELE).
NORSU acquired 13 new registered electrical engineers out of 15 examinees, all of whom were first-time takers.
