• Scanned copy of your prospectus/Report Card (with complete grades from the previous semester + GWA).

Please be informed that on-site enrollment will be temporarily suspended starting June 9, 2026, until further notice due to the recent earthquake. The safety and well-being of our students, personnel, and visitors remain our top priority.

Our administration is currently conducting an assessment of the school building and facilities. We will provide updates and announce the resumption of enrollment activities once the building has been declared safe for occupancy.
