With the taking place of 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 with the theme: “𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬”, we carry with not just memorable experiences but also lessons that will continue to shape our growth as leaders.

In order to be an 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧, we must always keep in mind that promises and visions are only words unless acted upon. As young leaders, our greatest treasure is not found in positions or recognitions, but through the character we build, the courage to pursue what is right, and the compassion we have for others.
