What's going on ? Where are they ?

Recently posted an add on hiring .. in the Tourism Industry.

A bit surprised as they are nowhere to be found? or are we looking at a wrong place? I guess the opportunities are somewhere else for some students.

I must say & tell you the TRAVEL INDUSTRY is still one of the best industry and opportunity we have. The perks, the incentives, the travel the knowledge, the people you meet of course, endless opportunities just learn it.

a lot of students \fresh graduates are after the investment they spend from the four years, looking for high salary , some jumping on the bandwagon , party, fun in the work. it's all temporary.

it's like this.. pick your choice; I'm young , I still have time to correct and find other job. I'm young, I'm gonna start learning and gaining knowledge and experience.

THERE IS NO REWARD FOR THE PASSENGER WHO GETS OFF THE AIRPLANE FIRST

A few weeks ago, I posted a video of a domestic flight where you could hear passengers removing their seatbelts right after the plane touched down. The plane was still in motion on the runway, spoilers deployed, and the fasten seatbelt sign was still on. However, passengers began removing their seatbelts. From take-off to landing, the flight attendants' instructions were clear: do not remove your seatbelts as long as the fasten seatbelt sign is on.

The sad part is that even foreigners noticed that only Filipino passengers unfasten their seatbelts right after the aircraft touches down. This observation is based on the comments I've been reading on my previous posts.

So, I don't get it. Why are we so stubborn when it comes to following rules? Do we lack integrity to the point where someone has to guard us just to ensure we follow safety rules? These rules are in place for our personal safety. Even if the aircraft has landed, it is still in motion. It can suddenly stop or veer off the runway. Anything can still happen, and seatbelts are there to keep you from getting injured when these things happen. You can loosen your seatbelts a bit, but you must keep them on for safety reasons.

If the plane suddenly stops and you get injured because you were not following the instructions to keep your seatbelts on, you have no right to sue the airline for damages.

Also, trust me, there is no reward for whoever gets off the plane first. The doors will be opened only once the flight crew and ground crew deem it safe to deplane. You will all deplane at the same time.

Riding a plane is not a right; it is a privilege. The airline has the right to offload you if you cannot follow safety instructions. Airlines take safety seriously, and comfort will never take precedence over safety.

Again, safety is paramount and non-negotiable. If you intentionally resist following safety instructions, please do yourself a favor and find other means of transportation. When you ride a plane, you are mandated to follow all safety instructions.

Reel & Real LIFE!

Sometimes, Most students think graduating from a 4-7 year course or even 10 or so makes you well equipped and enough to go brave the outside world after graduating.

Making it top of the class or batch is a plus. could land you 1-2 step ahead of the others.

I have been with some of them along the way and lined in an interview, some made it and got hired, and Some didn't satisfy the needs of a company and failed even though they were decorated. Some made it to the company for one reason or another but failed and can't cope when the starts.

Most students often take for granted the time in the classroom, the time given by professors to teach them the knowledge imparted.
the Practicum, Ojt, Trainings. thinking that having good attendance and grades is more than enough more so being on the dean, president, and teachers' list.

We train students, take time in our busy work, and see them all how they take one task, job training. Sadly, pardon my bluntness, or let's just say what really happening and the true things we see and encounter among students. Time did really change from the early days we started this endeavor.

Students nowadays have changed, most think they are superior, and know everything, because they have seen, and were able to do it the first time or got a good grade and applauded. the freedom that is being misinterpreted and misunderstood overwhelms each.
The first and foremost that needs to be addressed is the attitude of each if not most students, need not to be told again and again we are in the tourism Industry having the Service as our main product as taught to us when we were in school or should the school, universities, teachers, dean, college take this into high consideration. the behavior you need to let out in a time of different situations.

Think of what else you can do with the 4 years or so aside from going in the classroom or in front of your computer and just getting the passing grade you can do.

Opportunities knocks sometimes once if lucky twice. replying with reasons about something, schedules after giving you a flexible timeline to give you a training and learning experience is, you tell me 🙂

The Reel world has ended it's now the Real World, Real Life.
This time if you're not prepared and ready you will be given the lesson first, before the learning.

this is no rant, please! it's a warning a call for preparation. it's not late yet.

To all the graduates, may the odds be in your favor.
It's now all hard work.
