The online registration for the President Ramon Magsaysay State University College Entrance Test (PCET) for the First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027 will be reopened to accommodate interested applicants for all Satellite Campuses.

This is to inform everyone that December 31 is the LAST DAY of online registration for the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027.

All interested applicants are strongly encouraged to complete their online registration on or before December 31. Applications submitted after this date will no longer be accepted, so please make sure to submit your registration early to prevent delays or inconvenience.

To all applicants of the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026-2027, please carefully read and follow the guidelines and procedures below to ensure a smooth application and examination process:

1. Eligibility Requirements

The following individuals are qualified to apply for the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) for the First Semester of A.Y. 2026-2027:

1.1 Transferees from other schools/institutions

1.2 Graduates of Senior High School

1.3 Graduates of 4th year high school before SY 2017-2018

1.4 Graduates of the Alternative Learning System (ALS)

2. Application Period

The application period for the PRMSU College Entrance Test (PCET) is from November 24, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

3. Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

3.1 One (1) 2x2 picture with name tag and white background

3.2 One (1) copy of the Senior High School Form 137/138, Certificate of Rating for ALS, or Transcript of Records (TOR) for transferees

3.3 Payment of Php 150.00 for the entrance test fee
