At first, I thought chika lang to from other ESL teachers na exaggerated lang. But not until I got access to the list of banned teachers in China. Sad to say, mostly Filipinos talaga ang nandun, and nakakalungkot dahil nadadamay pati yung mga maayos at responsible na teachers.

Whatever your reasons are, at least be honest with your students especially with the parents. Kasi once masira ang record mo, sobrang hirap na ibalik. Grabe rin kasi ang connection ng parents sa China; kahit malayo na sila o nasa ibat-ibang cities/provinces, may ways pa rin sila to communicate and verify everything.

So ingat lang talaga, teachers. Be responsible and always professional sa work natin. Reputation matters a lot in this industry.

Ingatan niyo talaga ang name niyo, kasi naka-display ang profiles at résumés ninyo kasama pa ang mga conversations sa mga ginawa niyo.

Nakakawalang gana talaga mag-hire kapag yung applicant hindi nagrerespond. Jusko Lord, pwede namang sabihin na hindi na tutuloy.okay lang naman yun! Lalo na kung may schedule na for demo, kasi busy rin yung mga estudyante at nagpe-prepare sila para sa inyo. Kaya please lang, mag-inform kung hindi makakapag-continue. Marunong naman akong umintindi, pero sana maisip nyo rin na limited ang oras nila.
