Growing up, my only dream destination in life was Salzburg - to see the location sites of The Sound of Music. Today, as tribute to Christpher Plummer, I gave "Eidelweiss" as a new piece to a young student in hopes that it will move her the way it has moved me as a young girl. I don't think I can explain how influencial this film is to me and to generations of musicians and music lovers. Thank you Captain von Trapp! May your spirit bloom and grow forever! 🎵🎵🎵
