Graduating students are reminded that the application for Year-End Graduation is open until April 11, 2025.

For PBDIT and ALL Undergraduate Programs:

Apply through your SIS account. If you experience issues accessing your SIS or have missing grades or incomplete academic course/s, please resolve them immediately to ensure you can submit your application on time.

For ALL Graduate Programs and Institute of Non-Traditional Study Program and ETEEAP:
Applications must be submitted via the Online Document Request System (ODRS).

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) has played a pioneering role in the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) since its inception. In 1996, Executive Order 330 designated PUP as one of the initial universities deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to provide ETEEAP services. This early adoption highlights PUP's commitment to non-conventional learning pathways.

Building on years of experience and adherence to CHED Memorandum Orders, PUP now celebrates the formal institutionalization of ETEEAP through Republic Act No. 12124, signed into law on March 3, 2025. This landmark legislation solidifies the program's place within the Philippine education system, ensuring its continued and expanded availability for those seeking academic recognition for their prior learning and work experience.

This law ensures accessible, quality education for all. It supports non-formal, informal, and indigenous learning, as well as self-learning and out-of-school-youth programs. ETEEAP creates flexible pathways, integrating formal and non-formal systems with the labor market, empowering individuals to build a better future through education. Education is your right!
