Four years ago, we walked into this chapter as strangers, unsure, unprepared, and not knowing that the people around us would soon become a part of our lives forever. Through every lesson, every laugh, every struggle, and every small victory, we grew not just as students, but as individuals shaped by the memories we created together. Now, as we stand on the edge of graduation, reality slowly sinks in, we are about to walk different paths, chase different dreams, and face a world far bigger than the one we’ve known for the past four years.

It’s hard to accept that the daily moments we once took for granted, the simple conversations, the shared glances, and the inside jokes will soon become memories we’ll look back on with both smiles and tears. But even as we go our separate ways, one thing remains certain: a part of us will always stay in these years, in these halls, and in each other.

This is not the end of our story, but the start of a new chapter one filled with uncertainty, growth, and hope. And wherever life takes us, we will always carry the lessons we learned and the bond we built. So here’s to the past four years that changed us, and to the future that is waiting for us. We may be walking different paths now, but we will always be connected by where we came from — Copper.

Today, we celebrate more than just an 8th-place finish—we celebrate the journey, the pain, and the heart that carried us to the National Peacetival of Talents and Values.

Once, we stood as back-to-back champions, shining during our freshman and sophomore years in this type of competition. For two straight years, we held our banner high and proved our sections’ unity, creativity, and love for what we do could achieve.

Then came our third year—that year the universe didn’t align, during that year we stood unplaced. And though that moment stung, it also opened our eyes. It reminded us that victories don’t only happen onstage. Sometimes, the most important lessons come from stepping back, and realizing that maybe we are destined a bigger stage.

This year is our last year and we made sure that every bit of it is worth it, well guess what? We stepped onto a much larger stage, we once accepted defeat, and now we are here to prove that we are worthy of victory, one that challenged us, tested us, and pushed us to grow. And we showed up with courage. We showed up with honor. We showed up as one. We were given the opportunity to represent Cagayan National High School, and we made sure we poured our heart onto it.

And now, here we are—Top 8 in the entire nation. A place earned not just by talent, but by resilience, humility, teamwork, and heart.

We’ve proven that champions aren’t defined by trophies—they’re defined by how they rise, how they learn, and how they continue.

Today, we celebrate not just a placement, but a story of growth.
A story we will carry long after our stories end.

Remember: You are never denied, only redirected. Padayon, Copper! The stage will only keep getting bigger, and so will we.

We fell from the stage we once ruled, only to find God preparing us for a brighter and grander one—𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲. Now, we rise with pride as we represent our school, performing with a heart that beats for one purpose: to stand as bearers of truth.

We’re here not just to compete, but to inspire and to prove that light always finds its way through. The stars may not have aligned last school year, but now they shine brighter than ever, guiding us toward a stage where our voices can finally be heard.

Our country needs voices brave enough to question, to speak, and to stand for what is right. Sabay-sabay tayong bumangon, magsalita, at lumaban para sa bansang karapat-dapat sa katapatan, katarungan, at pag-asa. Patuloy tayong sisigaw para sa bayan, para sa katotohanan, at para sa kinabukasang marangal.

If one thing had changed, our tears of pain would have been tears of joy.

Every brushstroke of paint, every nail hammered into the coffin, and every physical toll we endured while performing would have been worth it. From the frustrating blankness of our minds during brainstorming sessions to the deep sighs of relief as we beheld the beauty of our masterpiece, every moment was not just a testament to our unwavering passion and determination but a token worth recognizing.

The phrase 'If you can't beat the system, be the system' was never about tearing others down. It's about rising above, not diminishing others' shine. Is it truly fulfilling to see someone lose their sparkle while you're draining their joy? We know, and everyone knows, that we fought with integrity. We fought without resorting to underhanded tactics, without feeling the need to belittle others to alleviate our own anxiety.

We shed tears before taking the stage as the pressure mounted, knowing we were back-to-back champions. Dear Copperians, know that every little effort you poured into the performance was acknowledged and appreciated. After the awarding, almost everyone shed tears knowing that it should have been us.

Long nights. Silent cries. Self-doubts. Unending worries. It was a hard-fought battle but we're grateful we made it! 😩💗 This is a testament that hard work does really pay off. We are beyond thankful to all those peeps who never doubted us and supported us in any way they can.

We know that this is just the beginning. We will use this achievement as fuel to reach even greater heights, set new goals, embrace new challenges, and continue to soar high. We will always carry with us the value of effort and determination which makes everything possible. 🫂💗💐
