🎓🔰 A Milestone of Commitment, Honor, and Service 🔰🎓

A truly memorable occasion as we celebrate the Criminology Reception, Pinning, and Donning Ceremony—a significant milestone in the journey of our future criminologists toward professional excellence, integrity, and dedicated service.

With every pin bestowed and every uniform donned comes a greater responsibility to uphold discipline, honor, justice, and service to the community. May this ceremony inspire our students to become competent, compassionate, and committed professionals.

✨ Special thanks to our valued partner agencies:

This Su***de Prevention Month may remind us that every conversation can be a life.

A kind word can bring comfort.
A listening ear can provide strength.
A simple question—“Are you okay?”—can open the door to hope.

Yellow is often seen as a happy color, but today, Yellow represents something deeper : HOPE

Hope for everyone.
Hope for brighter days.
Hope that no one feels unseen or unheard.

People need people, too- to listen to their stories, to remind them that their voices matter, and that their lives bring color into this world.

We are the colors that the world needs.

The Maila Rosario College Supreme Student Council (SSC) officers and BS Criminology students actively participated in the Student Crime Prevention Provincial Summit and Public Safety Symposium held on September 4, 2026, at Tuguegarao City Hall, in observance of the 32nd Crime Prevention Week.

Initiated by the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Regional Office II, the event brought together representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Education (DepEd), Local Government Units (LGUs), partner agencies, educational institutions, and other stakeholders united by a common goal of promoting crime prevention and public safety among the youth.

The summit provided a meaningful platform to increase students’ awareness of crime prevention, promote responsible citizenship, and strengthen collaboration among government agencies, schools, and communities in addressing issues and concerns affecting young people.

For the Maila Rosario College community, participation in this significant activity provided our students with valuable knowledge, insights, and experiences that will help them become more responsible, vigilant, informed, and socially engaged citizens.

Through unity, shared responsibility, and meaningful partnerships, we continue to empower the youth to take an active role in creating safer, more peaceful, and resilient communities.

Maila Rosario College — empowering students to be partners in crime prevention and public safety.

LOOK | MRC Students’ Orientation 2026: A Step Toward a Meaningful Academic Journey!

The MRC students recently came together for their orientation held on August 18, 2026!

The orientation served as an important opportunity for students to gain valuable information and a better understanding of what it means to be part of the institution.

One of the highlights of the orientation was the discussion of the Student Manual, which serves as a guide for students in understanding the rules, regulations, policies, and standards they are expected to follow. More than just a handbook, the manual provides students with a clear direction as they navigate their academic responsibilities and student life.

The Registrar, SIAS Coordinator, Cashier, and other essential services -- Office of the Student Affair, Guidance Office, School Clinic and the School Library, also shared important information about their respective offices. They explained the processes, services, and responsibilities they handle, helping students become more familiar with where to go and what procedures to follow whenever they need assistance.

But the learning did not stop there! Students were also given the opportunity to share their questions, concerns, and inquiries. Their active participation created an open and engaging discussion, allowing them to gain clarification on matters that are important to their studies and overall experience as students.

This orientation was more than simply an introduction—it was a starting point for building informed, responsible, and engaged students. With the right knowledge, guidance, and willingness to participate, every student can take a more confident step toward achieving their goals.

The journey ahead may be filled with challenges, but with knowledge as their guide, responsibility as their foundation, and determination as their strength, the MRC students are ready to move forward and make their academic journey meaningful!
