I came from a gathering yesterday, the guest speaker mentioned a hadith about forgiveness. For example, when two friends don't talk to each other for a few days and they don't forgive, their ibadah (worship) will freeze.
Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“HE WHO HAS IN HIS HEART THE WEIGHT OF A MUSTARD SEED OF PRIDE/HATRED SHALL NOT ENTER PARADISE.” - Sahih Al-Muslim
for the person I don't talk to anymore who has been a part of my life, even though I haven't heard you "forgive me" I forgive you, from the bottom of my heart. I forgive you for the sake of Allāh. May the hearts of each of us be enlightened. Even if we don't talk anymore, I hope we protect what we shared with each other. I forgive you so we don't have to meet in front of our Creator. I will not forget you and take care of yourself, always.
Let's learn to forgive even if we don't receive an apology. Forgive for the sake of your akhira, for the sake of your Creator. Ma'af for those I have hurt, I forgive those who have done me wrong. Fi Sabilillah. 🫀
