MIDTERM CLEARANCE SCHEDULE

All students are hereby informed of the Midterm Clearance Schedule for the respective departments:

September 1–2, 2026 – Agriculture Department
September 3–4, 2026 – Criminology Department
September 7, 2026 – ECED Department
September 8–9, 2026 – Entrepreneurship Department
September 10–11, 2026 – Social Work Department

Students are strictly required to comply with their assigned schedule to ensure an orderly and efficient clearance process.

Please be advised that students who fail to follow their designated schedule will not be entertained. Students are therefore encouraged to take note of their respective dates and make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Your cooperation and strict compliance are highly appreciated.

The Department of Criminology successfully conducted its Department Orientation on June 30, 2026, at the TC Gym, highlighting its mission, vision, and core values. The program was opened through the remarks of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Danilo L. Daniel, with acknowledgment of the leadership of School President Dr. Cherry Marrie C. Paclipan.

The activity also introduced the faculty members headed by Program Head Grace Ann M. Marcial, RCrim, MSCJ, student organizations, faculty advisers, department policies, and important security and safety reminders.

The orientation served as a meaningful platform to guide students and strengthen the department’s commitment to developing future criminology professionals with excellence, discipline, and integrity.

Tubod College warmly welcomes all students as we officially begin another academic year filled with opportunities for learning, growth, and excellence.

As part of the institution’s preparation for the opening of classes, orientation will be conducted to provide students with essential information regarding academic policies, student services, institutional programs, and other important matters necessary for a successful school year.

The orientation schedule per department is as follows:
