YES-ORGANIZATION PROJECT APPROVED: SIX-GARBAGE BINS HAVE ARRIVED!
To promote environmental sustainability, Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) has proposed a Garbage Bin System aimed at improving waste segregation and supporting zero-waste management. This project encourages individuals, especially students, to properly dispose of waste and help reduce pollution.
This momentous achievement for Mabinians would not have been possible without the unwavering support and approval of the school principal, Sir Glen A. Gabriel, Principal II, and the dedicated accounting staff of Mabini National High School.
The bins are designed for:
โป๏ธ Perishable Wasteโ Organic and biodegradable materials.
โ ๏ธ Hazardous Waste โ Batteries, chemicals, and other harmful substances.
๐ Recyclable Waste โ Plastic, paper, glass as well as metal that can be repurposed.
๐ข Letโs practice proper waste segregation and build a sustainable future together.

The quote literally reminds us of the incredible potential youth hold in shaping the future. When young individuals are equipped with knowledge and the tools to act, they become a way for change. By recognizing their power and taking responsibility for their actions, youth can face environmental issues with responsibility. The students' energy, passion, and creativity are essential in solving the challenges of tomorrow.
With that, we would like to give our sincerest regards to those students who have contributed for our program, the clean-up drive program. Without all of you, this program would be useless. We would also like to give thanks to the MNHS SSLG officers headed by the SSLG President, Dece Ann Alayacyac for her camaraderie to help for a purpose. To each supporting teacher, we humbly give our thanks to all of you because you serve as role models, guiding students in understanding the importance of environmental responsibility. Thank you also for ensuring the clean-up drive program is organized, safe, and effective by your supervision and clear instructions to the students.
We hope that this program will continue to the following years, to help not only for our environment but also for our future.
