TISA II ES FIRST TERM SMEA CONFERENCE: Reflecting, Responding, and Moving Forward Together
The Tisa II Elementary School First Term School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adjustment (SMEA) Conference was successfully conducted, bringing together the School Non-Teaching Personnel, Master Teachers, Afternoon Session Teachers, and our SPTA President, Mr. Loyloy, in a meaningful and collaborative evaluation of our Term 1 accomplishments and challenges.
The conference was led by Dr. Morishka Nicole D. Uy, with Mrs. Ma. Jessica Batindaan attending a scheduled training during the same period.
The Term 1 SMEA highlighted the results, Critical Improvement Gaps (CIGPs), possible actions, and appropriate interventions based on various learner assessments and results, including the Term Examination Results, Consolidated Form 14 results, CRLA, RMA, and Phil-IRI. The implementation and updates on LIS, LARDO, MFA, and ARAL were likewise discussed to ensure that our interventions remain responsive to the learning needs of our pupils.
Our Non-Teaching Personnel also presented important updates on Human Resource matters, Programs and Projects, MOOE liquidation, approved programs and projects, and other essential administrative concerns—strengthening our commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficient school operations.
The conference concluded with the presentation of the Term 1 Best Practices of Tisa II ES, showcasing the creativity, dedication, and collective efforts of our teachers and personnel in delivering quality education and responsive school services.
Indeed, SMEA is more than just looking at numbers and reports—it is about understanding where we are, identifying what needs to improve, celebrating what works, and working together toward better outcomes for every learner.
