ATTENTION: Incoming First-Year Students.

To all incoming first-year students under the College of Computing and Information Sciences (CCIS), specifically the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS), Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) and Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) programs: Those who have already submitted their medical documents to the University Clinic are required to upload their University Clinic–issued Medical Clearance under Step 5 (Application Information) in the Student Information Management System (SIMS) as part of the enrollment requirements.

Kindly ensure that your Medical Clearance is uploaded promptly to avoid delays in the processing of your enrollment.
