𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | Postponement of the 22nd Skills Summit: 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

With the safety and well-being of everyone as our highest priority, we regret to announce that the 22nd Skills Summit of the Department of Hospitality Management under Polytechnic University of the Philippines, originally scheduled on May 12–15, 2026, will be postponed until further notice due to the forecasted extreme heat index conditions reported by PAGASA.

This decision was made after careful consideration and evaluation of the possible risks posed by the current weather conditions to our participants, organizers, guests, performers, and attendees. While we understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding this celebration of passion, talent, and hospitality excellence, ensuring the health and safety of our community remains our foremost responsibility.

Though this journey is taking an unexpected pause, the spirit of the 22nd Skills Summit continues to rise beyond limits. We sincerely thank everyone for your understanding, patience, and unwavering support during this time.

Further announcements regarding the rescheduled dates and event updates will be released through our official platforms soon. Until then, we encourage everyone to stay safe, hydrated, and take the necessary precautions amid the extreme heat conditions.
