This month of NOVEMBER, we join the whole country to celebrate FILIPINO VALUES MONTH.

Filipino Values Month according to Proclamation No. 479 was issued on October 7, 1994, by former President Fidel V. Ramos in response to Proclamation No. 62, dated September 30, 1992, wherein FVR declared a Moral Recovery Program in response to the need to strengthen the moral resources of the Filipino rooted in Filipino culture and values.
