💜🩵 Start the Conversation. Be the One Who Listens.

This Su***de Prevention Month, Tayug National High School joins the call to “Change the Narrative on Su***de” by creating space for conversations that are compassionate, understanding, and free from judgment.

Sometimes, support begins with something simple—a “Kumusta ka?”, a listening ear, staying beside someone who is struggling, or helping them reach the support they need. 💜

I, [Insert Your Name], stand with Tayug National High School in reminding every Tanahisian:
✨ You matter.
✨ Your story matters.
✨ You deserve to be heard.
✨ You are not alone.

This September, may we choose to listen, support, check in, and start conversations that bring hope. Because sometimes, being there can make more difference than we realize. 🩵💜

💜🩵 Start the Conversation. Change the Narrative.
Today, as we observe World Su***de Prevention Day, Tayug National High School joins the global call to “Changing the Narrative on Su***de” by encouraging conversations rooted in kindness, understanding, and hope.

Sometimes, making a difference begins with something as simple as “Kumusta ka?” Listen without judgment. Check in. Stay connected. Encourage help-seeking. Remind someone that they do not have to carry everything alone. 💜

At TNHS Care Center, we believe that creating a safer and more caring school community is something we all share responsibility for. May we become a community where asking for help is welcomed, speaking up is met with compassion, and every learner knows:
🩵 You matter.
💜 You are not alone.
🩵 Your story is worth hearing.

Today and beyond, let us choose kinder conversations, stronger support systems, and brighter tomorrows.

Listen. Support. Check in. Be the one. 💜🩵
