Second-year Hospitality Management students immersed themselves in a dynamic learning experience through their Front Office Operations and Applied Business Tools and Technology subjects. From mastering guest relations and check-in procedures to navigating hotel systems and digital tools, students explored the essential functions that keep hospitality operations running smoothly.

Through hands-on activities and simulations, they developed professionalism, communication skills, and technical competence, key qualities needed in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The integration of technology in hospitality allowed students to understand the importance of efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in modern hotel operations.
