New Minimum Wage 2026 in Korea.
As of January 1, 2026, South Korea’s new mandatory minimum wage has officially taken effect — bringing a new salary increment to thousands of OFW employed under the Employment Permit System (EPS).

2026 South Korea Minimum Wage (Official)

⬆️ Approved hourly rate is 10,320 KRW or 415 peso/hour.
⬆️ Monthly average rate is 2,156,880 KRW or around ₱88k to ₱90k , based on a 209-hour work month.
This adjustment applies in Korea- nationwide and is mandatory for employers or sajangnim.
