To all incoming Grade 7 students from Quezon Province, your opportunity has finally arrived! The Filing of Application Forms for Qualification to take the Quezon Science High School Admission Test (QSHSAT) is now open. Please refer to the issued Division Memorandum for full details and guidance.

Qualifications

To qualify for the written examination, applicants must:

• be a bona fide resident of Quezon Province (including Lucena & Tayabas)
• be a graduating Grade 6 student
• be inclined to pursue STEM in SHS and STEM-related courses in college
• have a rating of 88 or above in Science, Math, and English (1st & 2nd Grading)
• must not have taken QSHSAT previously

Graduates of Grade 6 not yet enrolled in Grade 7 may still apply provided they meet all qualifications.

Documentary Requirements (inside a long brown envelope):

• Certified True Copy of Grade 6 Report Card (1st & 2nd grading visible)
• Recommendation Letter from the School Principal
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Photocopy of PSA/NSO/Local Civil Registry Birth Certificate

To all parents and guardians of all qualified (120) incoming Grade 7 students for S.Y. 2025-2026, Happy Easter!

Our schedule this week (April 21 to April 25) is confirmation of intention to enroll. 105 out of 120 already confirmed their slot.

After this week, even earlier or when the 120 slots are filled, we will be sending you the enrollment form (via email and FB Page). Complete this enrollment form and bring it to the school along with other documents (Grade 6 Report Card, Photocopy of Birth Certificate) during our Brigada Eskwela sometime in June or during weekdays.

In addition, there is no need to inquire whether the school received your confirmation or not. Google Form will automatically record your response.
