The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is shifting its approach to debt relief, rolling out a modified three-month loan moratorium that replaces traditional payment skips with a lump-sum refund to provide immediate liquidity to state employees.

Ang AOV ng Division ay HINDI immediate supervisor ng school-based AO, ngunit siya ay:

Technical supervisor

Policy at systems implementer

Coordinator ng administrative systems ng division

1. Policy Interpretation & Guidance
Nagbibigay ng clarification sa:
CSC rules
DepEd orders
Administrative procedures (HR, records, property, supply, etc.)
Tumutulong sa school-based AO kung may tanong sa tamang proseso

2. Monitoring & Compliance Checking

Sinusuri kung ang mga AO sa paaralan ay:

Sumusunod sa CSC at DepEd policies

– Siya ang nagcha-chair ng meetings at tinitiyak na may quorum.
✔️ Siguruhing tama ang application ng criteria
– Nakabase sa tamang DepEd Order (teacher, school head, non-teaching).
✔️ Ipatupad ang transparency at due process
– Malinaw ang scoring system at pare-pareho ang standards.
✔️ Panatilihin ang objectivity
– Hindi nag-eendorso o nagdidikta ng resulta.
