𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗝𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗦𝗣𝗖 2026 ✨

Alexandra Nicole I. Reyes secured a podium finish after placing 3rd in Column Writing (Filipino), while Mike Gabriel M. De Mesa earned 4th place in Editorial Writing (English) during the Regional Schools Press Conference 2026, held in Baler, Aurora.

Five other SICES campus journalists, Aden Rebua, Enrique Galvan, Maruel Rarican, Chloe Delos Reyes, and Jemuel Banag, also proudly represented Tarlac Province in the three-day event (March 18-20).

This marks the third consecutive year that SICES has placed in the Top 5 of the RSPC further proof that the school remains at the forefront of journalism in Tarlac Province.

Moreover, this journey would not have been successful without the support of the school community. Special thanks to Sir Roderick Rivera (PSDS–La Paz South), Ma’am Geraldine Discipulo (Principal), SPTA, and the LGU of La Paz—headed by Mayor Venus Jordan for providing hotel accommodation and gas allowance.

Lastly, heartfelt appreciation goes to all the teachers, especially the RSPC coaches, Sir Ipe, Sir Arlord, Ma’am Leah, and Ma’am Merlina for their months of dedicated training and reviews that helped make these achievements possible.

🏤Here are the guidelines and details for the early registration:

📌Kindergarten: Children turning 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026.
Exception: Learners born between November 1 and December 31 may be considered if they have completed 1 year of an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program.

📌Grade 1: Children currently enrolled in Kindergarten for SY 2025-2026.

ALS Learners: Out-of-school children and youth.

Parents or guardians should prepare the following (photocopies):

➡️PSA Birth Certificate (or local birth certificate/barangay certificate).

➡️ECCD Checklist/Certificate of Completion (for Kindergarten, required for Grade 1).

➡️Report Card (SF9) (for Grade 1 and Transferees).

𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 proudly clinched this year’s Division Highest Pointer- 2nd Runner-Up and Top Performing School (2nd Runner-Up) in both English and Filipino, during the Division Schools Press Conference Final Round held in Paniqui, Tarlac, from December 17–19.

This is the 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗽 3 of the DSPC Final Round, following a solid performance in 2024 as Overall Champion and in 2023 as 2nd Runner-Up.

We also proudly secured 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗦𝗣𝗖 2026 after the impressive performances of our journalists, bagging three (3) gold, two (2) silver, and two (2) bronze medals.

This would not have been possible without the support of Sir Roderick G. Rivera (PSDS), Ma’am Geraldine D. Discipulo (Principal), the staff of San Isidro CES, and special shoutout to the parents of our journalists, who truly deserve huge credit.

And lastly, to the coaches who have worked tirelessly to make all of this possible. Thank you, Sir Ipe, Ma’am Leah, Ma’am Pauline, Ma’am Arlene, Ma’am Nette, Ma’am Mona, and Sir Arlord.
