Today, the International, Differently Abled, Indigenous, and Marginalized Student Services (IDIMSS) warmly welcomed ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ, a totally blind student who is now ๐ข๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ก๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฌ (๐ง๐ฆ๐จ).
For many students, enrollment is just another step in college life. But for some, it represents courage, determination, and the decision to pursue a dream despite challenges that many people cannot imagine.
This milestone reflects the vision of the ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐ โ ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ช๐๐ฅ๐ of TSU President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza, which seeks to ensure that every student, regardless of background or circumstance, is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
A key initiative under the ๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐ โ ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ช๐๐ฅ๐ is the establishment of a ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐น๐ ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ (๐ฃ๐ช๐) ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ at TSU, a dedicated space where students with disabilities can access services, resources, and programs designed to help them reach their full potential both academically and personally.
Welcome to TSU, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป! Your IDIMSS family is ready to walk this journey with you.

Small but terrible! Her height may be small, but her dreams are immeasurable. She is a living proof that true strength is not defined by physical limitations, but by courage, determination, and unwavering faith. She continues to show that ability will always be greater than disability, inspiring everyone around her to believe in themselves and push beyond their limits.
Your journey was never easy, but you faced every challenge with resilience and grace. Through hard work, perseverance, and dedication, you have reached this incredible milestone.
Congratulations, MS. KEYCIE N. DUEรAS, LPT, for successfully passing the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers! Your IDIMSS family celebrates this well-deserved success with you.
May this achievement open more doors of opportunity as you continue to inspire, empower, and make a difference in the lives of your future students.
IDIMSS is truly proud of you! ๐๐

What many people do not see are the long hours, sacrifices, endless coordination, student concerns, advocacy work, and silent efforts poured into serving our ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐น๐ ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐, ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐, ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐, and ๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ข ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐. Yet despite having only ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ in IDIMSS, the office continues to move, innovate, and serve with excellence.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ, ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ conceptualized and initiated SPARK as part of the officeโs continuing commitment to inclusive, accessible, and student centered programs for marginalized sectors. And especially to ๐ ๐ฎโ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ Joy Taboctaboc, the one and only staff of IDIMSS, thank you for carrying the office with passion, patience, dedication, and compassion. Your sacrifices behind the scenes prove that even one committed person can help transform many lives.
To our students, this recognition belongs to you as well. Your stories continue to inspire us to create programs that promote ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ถ๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐, ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, and ๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ.
This achievement is more than a ranking. It is a testimony that even small beginnings, when fueled by ๐ฝ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ, ๐ถ๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, and genuine service, can reach global recognition.
And this is only the beginning.
