On 014700H DECEMBER 2025 The 302 Community Defence Center, 3RCDG, RESCOM, PA with the guidance of COL LEONARDO A SORATOS GSC (ARM) PA, Director together with the H3RCDG, 302 RRIBn, 7CMO, Bn 522 ACBn, PGBI Tarlac, with the participation of different ROTCU of different Universities and Colleges around Tarlac Province, also with the help of Tarlac Provincial Hospital (TPH) they participated in "Dugung Buhay Aming Alay Bilang mga Makabagong Bayani Tungo sa Matatag na Sandigan ng Bagong Pilipinas" helded at St. Michael Covered Court, San Miguel Tarlac City.
The Advance and Basic ROTCU Cadets of St. Paul Colleges with the guidance of SSg Rex Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO,they also participated in Blood Donation activity to support the advocacy on helping other people. The St. Paul ROTCU will always be their to support and help this kind of activity as a future leaders.

On 15700H November 2025, SSg Rex C. Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO; Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie (Res) PA, Training Staff; Pvt Jenard D. Espiritu, Training Staff; and Pvt Ronalyn G. Ramos (Res) PA, Training Staff, together with the Cadet Officers, guided the COQC and Basic Cadets through their 15th day of training.
The day began with a reveille exercise led by the Cadet Officers.
This was followed by a session on the proper handling of rifles, supervised by the Cadet Officers. Afterward, all cadets proceeded to the field to perform “Pasa Masid”, ensuring proper ex*****on of the drill under the guidance of their platoon leaders.
At the end of the training, SSg Rex C Aninzo, Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie, Pvt Jenard D Espiritu, Pvt Ronalyn G Ramos, and the Cadet Officers took a group photo with the cadets as a remembrance of the final training day for the MS1 class of the SPCFI ROTC Unit.

On 08700H NOVEMBER 2025, SSg Rex C. Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO; Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie (Res) PA, Training Staff; and the Cadet Officers guided the COQC and Basic Cadets through their 14th day of training. They began the day with a reveille exercise led by the cadet officers.
This was followed by the cadets taking their final examination for the first semester of ROTC MS1. The cadet officers took charge of supervising the cadets and ensuring the quality of the examination process.
After completing the exam, the cadets moved to the training ground to perform and master the "Pasa Masid." They executed the Pasa Masid with assistance and guidance from the Cadet Officers, who corrected and led them to achieve a good performance, ensuring they properly master it before concluding their first semester training.

On 25700H OCTOBER 2025 SSg Rex C Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO, Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie (Res) PA, Training Staff, and Pvt Jenard D Espiritu, Training Staff and the Cadet Officers was succesfully guided the COQC to their first day of learning how to handle a rifle.
This was followed by taking the first midterm examination of the basic cadets in first semester of ROTC MS1. The cadet officers also take charge of supervising the cadets and making sure the quality of the examination process.
After that, they all proceeded to the training ground to perform their survival skills that they learned from the previous lecture. They performed their survival skills by group, each group has performed different techniques on how they can produce fire only using woods. In the very end all groups has succesfully cook their food with the use of bamboo as their cookwear and each group was happy to eat the food they all cooked.

On 18700H OCTOBER 2025 SSg Rex C Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO, Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie (Res) PA, Training Staff, and Pvt Jenard D Espiritu, Training Staff and the Cadet Officers was succesfully guided the COQC and Basic Cadets to their whole day training. Starting the day the COQC along with the Cadet Officers performed a reveille exercise to warm-up the body for a long day of training. After the exercise they do a mandatory inspection to COQC and Cadet Officers to monitor their discipline in every training. The next activity of the Basic and COQC was in the training ground to performed a "Basic Facing Techniques and Pasa Masid", with the leadership and guidance of the Cadet Officers they were taught by platoon.
This was followed by 4 lectures, the first lecture was discussed by Sgt Emil Anthony Lavapie (Res) PA, Training Staff, about Basic Weapons Training explaining to cadets what are the different parts of the M16A1 Rifle and also demonstrate how to assemble and disassemble. Also discussed on how to hold M16 Rifle properly and also explained what are the functions of different parts of the M16 and what are the things to do and don'ts in handling M16 Rifle. The second lecture was disscussed by Pvt Jenard D Espiritu, Training Staff, about Basic Survival Techniques. Adding a new knowledge to cadets on how to survived with a limited resources and giving ideas what are the things that can help them to survive in case needed. Discussing also what are the different techniques that can help them in surviving and how to identify edible and not edible food. The 3rd and 4th lecture was discussed by SSg Rex C Aninzo (SC) PA, Admin NCO, the 3rd lecture was all about Military Customs and Traditions explaining about what are the traditions and practices that the cadets should have and, it also involved about being a well disciplined, respectful, and camaraderie as a good leader that have a good values. The last lecture was about Improvised Explosive Device, explaining to cadets what are the types of improvised explosive decvices that they can incountered in life, it did also explained on what are the parts and how this things work. It also discussed on what are the things to do if you encountered a suspicious object, and how to be a good observant to your suroundings to avoid danger.
