All interested applicants are advised to take note of the following details:

Submission of Documents:
🗓 March 7, 2026⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifying Examination:
🗓 March 14, 2026⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📂 Required Documents
Applicants must submit and/or bring the following:
✅Copy of Report Card (SF9 – 3rd Quarter)
✅Copy of PSA Birth Certificate

Only applicants who have completed the required documents by the scheduled deadline will be allowed to take the qualifying examination.
