Today marks the final day of the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training! Our dedicated katro-PICE are officially wrapping up their intensive 4-day seminar and are well on their way to becoming certified Safety Officers! 🎓🛡️

With the knowledge they've gained, they are now fully equipped to champion safer and more secure working environments across the industry.

Our dedicated Katro-PICE are taking a step closer toward becoming safety-conscious and industry-ready future engineers as they participate in the Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training held on May 16–17 and May 23–24, 2026.

This training equips our future civil engineers with essential knowledge and practices in workplace safety, hazard prevention, and health standards in the construction industry because building structures also means protecting lives.

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Tarlac State University Student Chapter (PICE TSU-SC) extends its warmest congratulations to the newly registered Civil Engineers of the March 2026 Licensure Examination.

Our graduates have demonstrated exceptional performance, highlighted by an impressive 93.94% passing rate for first-time takers and an overall institutional passing rate of 77.38%, significantly exceeding the national passing rate of 35.05%. We are immensely proud to welcome 65 newly registered Civil Engineers into the professional community. Additionally, the institution secures the 3rd Spot among the Top Performing Schools nationwide for institutions with 50 or more examinees. Your success is the fruit of years of rigorous study, late-night reviews, and unwavering determination.

PICE TSU-SC salutes our new engineers, as well as the dedicated faculty and supportive parents who guided them toward this milestone. As you transition from students to professionals, we are confident that you will uphold the highest standards of the engineering profession and contribute significantly to the development of our nation's infrastructure.

𝗧𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀—𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲
Reminiscing about the times when most of you were apprentices, our shared journey and bond are undeniable and are beyond compare. Seeing you all take your oath last March 27 was a milestone not just for you, but for the entire PICE TSU-SC family.

To the newly inducted officers: The journey that awaits you will be challenging, but it will also be one of the most meaningful and rewarding moments of your college life. Knowing full well that our school year is about to end, your time to take charge approaches fast. We only have simple wishes: take care of the organization, take care of each other, and never lose sight of the reason for your service. As we are about to conclude our term this month of June, we take pride knowing that the future of this chapter is in good hands. We have seen your journey from the beginning, and we know that all of you are ready to take our organization to even greater heights.

We are so proud of the leaders you have become, and we are grateful to all of you for answering the call for leadership; for showing up; for learning from your mistakes; and for our shared moments together. Best of luck, PICE TSU-SC 2627! We’ll be here to guide until the end of our term – and even after we leave, know that we will always have your back. We formed this team as a family, and we’ll end this term as one.

The PICE TSU-SC wishes to inform the public that the PICE TSU-SC 2025-2026 is still in effect until the last day of May. All transactions and events will still be facilitated by the current term.

The PICE TSU–Student Chapter Officers for S.Y. 2026–2027 were officially inducted on March 27, 2026 at Luisita Central Park Hotel, as part of the 30th Induction Ceremonies of PICE Tarlac Chapter.

Engr. Levitico P. Esguerra Jr., PICE Region III Coordinator formally inducted the new set of student leaders. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Mother Chapter for this meaningful event and for their continuous support, guidance, and encouragement to the student chapter.

This moment marks the beginning of another year of service—one grounded in commitment, collaboration, and excellence. With renewed purpose, the PICE TSU–Student Chapter looks forward to creating more opportunities, strengthening connections, and upholding the values of the civil engineering profession.
