Sa araw na ito, nagpupugay kami sa tapang at sakripisyo ni Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. Ang kanyang pagmamahal sa bayan ay nagpapaalala sa amin na ang tunay na pagbabago ay nagsisimula sa aming sarili.

Ang buhay ni Ninoy Aquino ay naging simbolo ng katapangan, paninindigan, at pagmamahal sa bayan. Sa kabila ng mga pagsubok, nanatili siyang matatag sa kanyang paniniwala para sa kalayaan at demokrasya. Ang kanyang sakripisyo ay patuloy na nagpapaalala sa bawat Pilipino na ang tunay na pagmamahal sa bayan ay ipinapakita sa pamamagitan ng tapang na manindigan para sa tama. 🇵🇭

Nakikiisa ang buong Tarlac Information and Communication Technology High School sa kampanyang “𝗔𝗸𝗼’𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶, 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆” bilang paninindigan sa pagtataguyod ng isang ligtas, mapayapa, at may paggalang na pamayanang pang-edukasyon.

Naniniwala tayo na ang tunay na lakas ng isang Technohenyo ay makikita hindi lamang sa husay, kundi sa kabutihan ng puso, paggalang sa kapwa, at malasakit sa bawat isa. Walang puwang ang panunukso, pang-aapi, o anumang uri ng bullying sa ating paaralan.

Sama-sama nating isabuhay ang kabutihan, maging huwaran ng paggalang, at maging bahagi ng positibong pagbabago.

“𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆. 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚.”

In line with its commitment to strengthening learner participation and promoting effective student governance, the Learner Government Coordinating Council (LGCC) successfully conducted the General Plan of Action (GPOA) Signing for School Year 2026–2027.

The activity marked the formal review, approval, and adoption of the annual plans, programs, projects, and activities of the school’s recognized learner organizations, ensuring that all proposed initiatives are aligned with the school’s goals and the Department of Education’s thrusts on learner leadership, participation, and holistic development.

The approved General Plan of Action was presented by the presidents of the learner organizations:

• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻 – Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) President
• 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 – Batang Empowered and Resilient Team (BERT) President
• 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 – Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) President
• 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼 – Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB) President

The General Plan of Action was formally approved through the signature of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣. 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗼𝘀, School Head, with the guidance and supervision of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗖. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹, SSLG Adviser. The signing signifies the school’s full support for the implementation of learner-led initiatives and reaffirms its commitment to nurturing responsible, competent, and service-oriented student leaders.

As Tarlac ICT High School begins another academic year, the approved GPOA serves as a roadmap for meaningful learner engagement, collaborative leadership, and impactful school-based initiatives that uphold the values of excellence, integrity, and service.
