May payo ang mga psychologists at psychiatrist para mabawasan ang iyong stress. Mabisa at medyo kakaiba ito dahil galing mismo sa mga eksperto.
1. Isulat ang iyong mga saloobin - Hindi mo kailangang sumulat ng mahaba. Kahit 5-10 minuto sa isang araw upang isulat ang iyong mga saloobin, damdamin at mga ideya. Gawin ito sa isang pribadong lugar. Malaking tulong ito mabawasan ang iyong stress at malinawan ang isipan.
2. Kapag sobrang stress at naluluha ka, hanapan ito ng positibong paraan – Ang sobrang stress ay hindi kailangang maging negatibo maaari itong maging isang positibong hamon.
3. Magplano ng paglalakad sa bawat araw at gawin ito - Ang regular na ehersisyo ay mahalaga para sa isip. Ang dahan-dahang paglalakad ay maaaring makapawi sa stress at maging maayos ang iyong inisip.
4. Labanan ang negatibong saloobin. Palitan ng mga positibong pananaw - Ang mga negatibong saloobin ay bahagi lamang ng buhay. Sa halip na balewalain ang mga salitang iyon, subukan itong labanan o hanapan ito ng positibong pahayag.
5. Gumawa ng listahan ng mga taong malalapit sayo - Ito ang mga taong kilala mo na maaari mong laging tawagan, i-text, o i-email kapag kailangan mong makaramdam ng koneksyon.
6. Kapag natigil ka sa isang negatibong pag-iisip, isulat ang 2 magagandang bagay - Isipin ang mga positibong bagay sa iyong buhay sa sandaling ito. Puwede ang isang bagay na nagdudulot sa iyo ng kagalakan, isang bagay na ipinagmamalaki mo at isang taong nagmamahal sa iyo. Makatutulong ito sa pag-alis ng iyong pagkadismaya.
7. Gawin ang nagpapasaya sa iyo - Ang bawat tao'y may ilang mga bagay na nagpapasaya sa kanya. Minsan nakukuha ito sa pagligo, paggawa ng hobbies o panonood ng video sa Youtube.
8. Kapag kinabhan, tanungin ang iyong sarili "at pagkatapos ay ano?" Halimbawa, kung ikaw ay nag-aalala na mawawalan ka ng trabaho, tanungin ang sarili kung ano ang mangyayari kung ito ay nangyari. Maaaring nakakatakot sa simula (kulang sa pera, mawala ang apartment) ngunit pagkatapos ay isipin ang susunod na mangyayari. Siguro gusto mong hanapin ang isang bagong trabaho, maghanap ng mas murang apartment, at kumuha ng pautang. Sa ganitong paraan, nababawasan ang takot mo. At maisip mon a maliit lang naman ang tsansa na mangyari ito.
