Muling nagpapatuloy ang ating laban bilang sophomores, ngayo'y kasalukuyan tayong naghahanda upang maging mas matatag, mas determinado at mas maging handa sa paparating na pagsusulit. Nakakakaba? Oo. Mahirap? Panigurado. Pero sa kabila ng lahat ng ito sigurado rin naman kaming makakaya n'yo.

Bilang pakikibahagi sa inyong paghahanda, isang talakayan ang aming inihanda na pangungunahan mismo ng atin mga huwarang Senior na tagapagsalita na nagpakita rin ng kahusayan sa ating kolehiyo upang maging gabay, inspirasyon at motibasyon sa papalapit na 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. Sama-sama tayo sa 𝑯𝒖𝒏𝒚𝒐 6, 2026, 𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔-𝒐𝒕𝒔𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒂 sa 𝑳𝑺 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕, 𝑽𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑳𝒖𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒂 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔 para makinig at maghanda.

From the start until now, you've been the reason for the organization's laughter in the middle of exhaustion. You always fill every place wherever you are with your positivity, foolishness and untiring energy that put a smile on our faces every time. Despite this personality of yours, you always make sure your responsibility isn't left behind. For years of being a student leader, you have been fully grown, which has been a big help to the organization's success. You're one of the key factors why the organization still continues to serve the student body up today.

We hope that you feel appreciated and thankful for being part of the LYC. Your role of being silly and responsible on duty at the same time makes every activity we do chaotically achieved. Finals week can be really exhausting, so consider this as your reminder that it's okay to pause and recharge.

Another season of late-night reviews, short hours sleep, and exhausted minds. But even somewhere in the middle of pressure and doubts, rest is still needed. In line with that, the 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔 prepared a station for a cup of coffee that's ready to accompany you in your final exams.

𝑨𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑯𝒖𝒍𝒊 𝒂𝒕 𝑼𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒌

Matatapos na naman ang isang taon at panahon na naman ng huling pagsubok sa mundo ng pag-aaral. Kasabay nito ay ang ating pakikibaka sa mga araling nasa pahina, mga pagod na mata, at paghikab sa umaga. Ngunit sa kabila ng isipin na panibagong pagod na naman ang paparating, nananaig pa rin ang ating hangarin na makasalba sa huling yugtong kailangang tahakin.

Huling hakbang sa lumang landas, unang yapak sa panibagong simula. Pagkaraan ng huling pagsusulit na ito, isang marka ng tapang at determinasyon ang ating dala-dala patungo sa panibagong paksa. Sa kabila ng pagod na ating nadarama, huwang sanang kalimutang malayo na rin ang ating narating, kaya huminga at magtiwala sa sarili, dahil ang pagod ang s'yang ating patunay ng pagsusumikap na magtagumpay.

Sumubok kahit hindi ka sigurado, tumindig kahit pagod, at magpatuloy kahit mahirap. Bako-bako man ang daan, sana'y maging simbolo ito na dati pa ma'y hindi na naging madali ngunit hindi ka sumuko at ang iyong katapangan ay nanatili. Laging tandaan na tanging sa mga landas na walang bakas natututunan natin ang hugis ng ating mga yapak.

Another meaningful step as regards to mental health has been concluded together with the 𝑪𝑪𝑱𝑬- 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒉𝒎𝒆𝒏 as 𝑴𝒔. 𝑹𝒐𝒙𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆 talks about mind wellness. Indeed, minds matter and healing starts with understanding. May this seminar serve as a strong reminder that mental health is also a priority. Opening hearts and listening without judgment is a contribution to building an understanding and compassionate environment for all.

Let us keep reminded that asking for help is a strength and supporting one another can make a difference.

In this world where stress and pressure are part of everyday life, taking care of our mental health should never be overlooked.
