This yearโ€™s major events stand as outputs of the studentsโ€™ hard work, creativity, and learning from their major courses:

On April 28, 2026, BS Development Communication and BS Animation and Multimedia Arts students of NMSCST actively engaged in community immersion and story gathering with Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and their organizations (ARBOs) in Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental, as part of the Department of Agrarian Reform Central and Regional Film Festival (DARCRFF) 2026, titled Pelikulagraryo 2026.

Guided and supported by Maโ€™am Sharon Bazar, Maโ€™am Lee Christine Capuyan, and the DAR Misamis Occidental team, this field experience highlights the power of participatory communication in amplifying grassroots voices and lived realities.

More than documentation, this initiative reflects a commitment to ethical storytelling, meaningful collaboration, and development grounded in community narratives.

Because real stories create real impactโ€”and every voice matters.
