Freedom is not only about remembering the people who fought for our nation to gain its independence. It is also about how we choose to use that freedom today.๐โค๏ธ
As Filipinos, we carry the responsibility of shaping the future of our country. To be free means to think critically, seek the truth, and make informed decisions that serve not just ourselves, but the nation as a whole.๐ช๐ผ
In a time when information is everywhere and opinions are easily influenced, may we remain discerning, informed, and guided by what is truly beneficial for the Filipino people. Let us not allow ourselves to be divided by misinformation, manipulated by false narratives, or distracted from the issues that matter most.โจ
Our voices, choices, and actions have the power to help build a more just, informed, and progressive Philippines.๐ต๐ญ
This Independence Day, may we continue to stand for good governance, responsible citizenship, and a future that puts the welfare of the Filipino people first.๐ซก
Because above all, we are Filipinosโand the Philippines deserves our loyalty, our vigilance, and our hope.๐ซถ๐ผ
Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan! ๐ต๐ญ

Every identity, every story, and every voice deserves a place in this world.๐ซ
That's why as a ka-develop, we continue to reimagine a society that is more open, more compassionate, more respectful, and more understanding. A world where no one has to hide who they are, and no one is required to explain their identity just to be accepted.๐ซฐ
The world becomes a better, brighter, and more colorful place when everyone is given the space to be themselves.๐ซถ
Happy Pride Month! ๐โจ
To our fearless Dev Com seniors, thank you for becoming part of the story that shaped who we are today. โจ๐ค
Last May 14, during Reimagine: The Dev Com Days 2026, the Development Communication Society paid tribute to the seniors who continued the legacy first built by the pioneering batch of Development Communication students. Through their passion, creativity, and heart, they helped create an identity that is true to the core of Dev Com.โจ
More than being our ates and kuyas, you became people we genuinely look up to. Years from now, you may all end up in different places, chasing different dreams and living different lives, but one thing will always remain true: you all will always belong to the certified ka-develop family we built together.๐ค
Daghang salamat, seniors, for leading the way and for reminding us that dreams are always worth pursuing, even if redirected many times. Padayon sa inyong mga damgo. We will carry your legacy with pride. ๐ซถโจ

The forum gathered Development Communication students, faculty members, administrators, and guests in a meaningful academic celebration that emphasized the importance of research culture, scholarly engagement, and communication-driven social transformation. Students confidently presented their studies, exchanged ideas, and showcased their dedication, passion, and hard work in the field of communication research.
Adding depth and inspiration to the event were the distinguished plenary speakers and panel members: Prof. Evans Rosaลซro I. Yonson, Dr. Carousel B. Tagaylo, and Prof. Clint Joy M. Quije, who shared valuable insights on development communication, research publication, and empowering student research in communication and the social sciences. Their discussions encouraged students to continue pursuing research that informs communities and creates meaningful impact.
One of the highlights of the forum was the recognition of outstanding research papers and poster presentations under both the Faculty and Student Categories.
For the Faculty Category, the following studies were recognized during the Best Poster Presenter competition:

Beyond the awards and presentations, the forum became a space for collaboration, learning, and inspiration โ proving that communication and research remain powerful tools in shaping communities and empowering voices.
