Our experiential class at GINHAWA School in November 2024 is focused on MENTAL HEALTH

“Cultivating Calm: Gentle Practices for MENTAL HEALTH and GRATITUDE”

This session on mental health gives you a basic understanding of Mental Health.

It is also an experiential workshop that is designed to ease stress and awaken your sense of well-being through Writing for Gratitude and Visual Art for Mental Health—two simple yet powerful practices that uplift and inspire.

As we enter the Thanksgiving season, take a moment
for self care,
nurture your mental heath
learn some doable practices
cultivate calm
grow in gratitude.

What’s in Store for You:
• Guided writing exercises to bring gratitude to life in meaningful ways
• A hands-on visual art activity to clear the mind and bring a sense of peace
• Practical tips to weave gratitude and calm into your daily routine
