PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT | CLUSTERED INSET 2026
Professional development is essential in strengthening teachers’ knowledge, skills, practices, and professional competencies. It helps us respond effectively to the diverse learning needs of our learners and align our practices with the priorities of the Department of Education.
Today, Cayabu Elementary School, San Andres Elementary School, and Tinucan Elementary School successfully joined forces for a 3-Day Clustered In-Service Training Program entitled:
🎯 “Teaching with Purpose: Strengthening Instructional Practice through Assessment, Differentiation, Professional Growth, and Collaborative Learning”
Spearheaded by CaES School Principal Ma’am Catherine Ferrer Resurreccion, the training brought together 27 teachers from the three schools for a meaningful professional learning experience focused on strengthening our capacity to:
🔹 analyze learner assessment results
🔹 identify learning gaps
🔹 make evidence-informed instructional decisions
🔹 design differentiated learning experiences
🔹 develop responsive classroom interventions
🔹 reflect on professional practice
🔹 plan for continuous professional growth
🎯 DAY 1 | THANK YOU!
Day 1 was filled with meaningful discussions, practical ideas, reflection, and collaboration. Each session gave us opportunities to look at our instructional practices from fresh perspectives and identify strategies that we can bring directly into our classrooms.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who actively participated, shared insights, asked thoughtful questions, and contributed to making our first day purposeful and engaging. ❤️
And a special thank you to Ma’am Catherine for inspiring us to keep learning, improving, and giving our best for the benefit of every learner.
With renewed knowledge, fresh ideas, and stronger collaboration, we move forward with one shared commitment:
To teach with purpose, respond to learners’ needs, and continuously grow as educators.
