She has been widely admired for her grace in dancing, strong leadership in sports, and strong dedication to teaching. Through the years, she has not only inspired learners but has also helped build the culture of excellence and creativity that defines the MAPEH department.

As one of the school’s founding teachers, and now serving as Head Teacher of her department, she holds an important place in its history. Her contributions have become part of the foundation of many school traditions today. The values, discipline, and passion she has shared with her students continue to live on in performances, competitions, and everyday learning.

In support of the observance of Solo Parents Week on April 13-18, 2026, DepEd Tayo Rizal - Tanay National High School proudly joins the nationwide celebration recognizing the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of solo parents in the community.

The annual celebration aims to raise awareness of the rights and welfare of solo parents, promote inclusive support systems, and acknowledge their vital role in nurturing and guiding their children. The school stands in solidarity with solo parents through activities and initiatives that foster appreciation, empowerment, and community support.

Tanay National High School actively joins the national kickoff launching of National Women's Month Celebration 2026 with the theme: LEAD like a Babaylan, Filipinas- this Women's Month we call on every Filipina and every Filipino to rise and lead with courage, wisdom, and compassion, like the Babaylan. In our precolonial history, healer and builder guiding the community toward balance and justice, today, we carry that same spirit forward to our local gov't units, let us maximize our gender and development budgets to create real impact this Women's Month invest in programs that strengthen women's economic empowerment protect them from violence support care systems and build climate resilience, let us lead the courage, lead with care, lead with wisdom.

We at Tanahis started the kickoff launching with Zumba Wellness, March 6, 2026, 6am for the AM Sessions, and 5pm for PM Sessions at Tanahis Covered Court with the participation of all learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel. We will be having activities for the month of March.
